Student Success Team (SST)

The WLC SST is committed to ensuring that ALL students are supported and making progress academically, socio-emotionally, and behaviorally. The SST is designed to problem solve and support the needs referred students consists of the Parent/Guardian of the student, Assistant Director, Teachers, Support Staff (i.e.- Counselor and/or Instructional Aide(s), and potentially the student.  This team is led by Dr. Mustapha and meets on a monthly basis to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our WLC students.  

If you believe that your child would benefit from additional support please contact your child’s teacher to set up an appointment to discuss your child’s progress and needs.

El WLC SST se compromete a garantizar que TODOS los estudiantes reciban apoyo y progresan académicamente, socioemocionalmente y de comportamiento. El SST está diseñado para resolver problemas y apoyar las necesidades de los estudiantes referidos y está formado por el padre / tutor del estudiante, el subdirector, los maestros, el personal de apoyo (es decir, el consejero y / o el (los) asistente (s) de instrucción, y potencialmente el estudiante.  Este equipo está dirigido por la Dra. Mustapha, y se reúne mensualmente para asegurar que estamos satisfaciendo las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes de WLC.
